About us:

Ecozen is a company focused on advancing technology in motors, motor controls & thermal energy storage primarily in the fields of agriculture, cooling, and electric vehicles. We are currently seeking a highly qualified and motivated Senior Engineer to lead technology research initiatives and strategic partnerships in these key areas.

Responsibilities:

• Technology Sourcing:

1. Conduct comprehensive research (India, China, USA, EU) on emerging technologies in the above-mentioned key fields.
2. Identify potential technology partners for collaboration, with a focus on establishing licensing agreements with clear aim to expedite differentiated product offerings.

• Design Partner Scouting:

1. Scout and assess design partners specializing in mechanical, motor, and controller designs, especially in the context of EVs, rural applications and agricultural machinery.
2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with design firms, engineering consultants and other strategic partners to strengthen the technical capabilities of the firm.

• Market Analysis:

1. Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities in the fields of motors, motor control, thermal energy storage, EVs and agricultural machinery.
2. Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on market analysis.

• Collaboration and Communication:

1. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including R&D, product development, and business development, to align research efforts with organizational goals.
2. Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to stakeholders at various levels.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s/ master’s degree in engineering from a reputable college.
2. 4-6 years of relevant experience in technology research and partnership development.
3. Preferred domain expertise in at least 2 of the following in motor design, motor controls, thermal energy storage and
4. Proven experience in identifying and establishing partnerships with design firms and engineering consultants.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Willingness to travel.
