Roles and responsibilities:
- Work towards optimization of design options using CAE/CFD capabilities.
- Fluid-thermal and Thermo-structural engineering
- Contribute unique, in-depth technical knowledge to solve complex engineering problems.
- Operate with multi-disciplinary teams including Industrial Design, Hardware Engineering, and Operations.
- Validate design modifications using simulation and actual prototypes.
- Determine and validate thermo-structural performance in use and test conditions.
- Document analysis reports and design releases.
- Multi-phase fluid flow analysis
- Multi-phase solidification-melting analysis
- Validate results with real-world data, interpret lab-based analysis, and present high-quality engineering reports to the design community, offering practical design suggestions.
- Support the development of CFD methods related to modern technologies.
Qualifications:
- Education: M.Tech. in Heat Transfer, Thermal Engineering, Computational Fluid Dynamics or equivalent.
- Certificate in CFD using Ansys Fluent or equivalent demonstrated work experience.
- Proficiency in hex, tetra and cut cell meshing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Minimum experience:
- Good relevant experience working in a Thermal Engineering and Design optimization environment with CFD as tool. (Minimum 3 years)

- Strong engineering fundamentals in heat transfer, mechanics, and fluids
- Expert Knowledge of test designs, test sets, and data analysis.
- A detail-oriented personality with solid documentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
- Knowledge of Python coding.
