About the company

Ecozen is a deep-tech company with expertise in various technologies which include Motor, Motor Controls, Energy

Storage and IoT & Analytics. Using this expertise, the company presently works in the Agri-tech domain with 2 core

offerings, Ecotron & Ecofrost, which work across the production and management of perishable Agri commodities.

The company is also working on diversification using the above technology stacks in various sectors.

Incorporated in 2010 by three IIT Kharagpur Alumni (a premier technology institute in India), the company’s

production and operation is handled through a couple of facilities in Pune (total area of 45,000 sq. ft). Ecozen also

has a branch office in Raipur & a presence in other major cities of India. Ecozen sells products across India as well

as in Africa and South-East Asia.

The company raised ~ INR 200 Cr through equity and debt in the last year and on-boarded marquee investors like

Nuveen, Exim Bank and Dare Venture (Coromandel Group investment arm). A couple of existing investors did

follow-on investment and onboarded Axis & ICICI bank along with follow-on investment from HDFC bank in terms

of debt showing faith and confidence in the company's growth story.

What are we looking for

We are seeking a candidate with a zealous attitude and a robust financial sense to join the corporate finance

department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities with both internal and external

stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and grant organizations.

The ideal candidate for this role would get the opportunity to collaborate directly with the CEO and CFO on

relevant proposals.

Responsibilities

1. Preparing high quality business plans updating for equity and debt raise process.

2. Assisting in business, financial and legal due diligence process for the company.

3. Understand the data requests from existing and prospective investors and lenders and gather necessary

information. And prepare a comprehensive response while ensuring all deliverables and documentation

are created with the highest level of accuracy.

4. Co-ordinating and interacting with the lenders and investors around their queries and preparing a detailed

response for clarification and resolving the follow-up queries.

5. Maintain compliance & reporting tracker updated with respect to monthly/quarterly compliances with

tracking of periodical covenant compliances.

6. Tracking companies and conducting financial analysis and valuation exercises for the companies working in

the same domain and tracking KPIs.

7. Understanding of the ESG, SGD, OECD standards and assisting in the reporting

8. Documentation for the debt raise & equity raise and getting the funds disbursed in a timely manner.

What you will need

1. At least 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in Corporate Finance, NBFC or Investment Banking.

2. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external partners.

3. Strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to synthesize information and create clear and

coherent presentations.

4. Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent attention to detail.

5. Exceptional proficiency in creating compelling and visually impactful presentations using Microsoft

PowerPoint.

6. Expertise in the Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
