Floating RFQ.

Cost estimation

Convert PR to PO , Scheduling

Cost Estimations & Negotiation with supplier.

Follow up to supplier for right quality & on Time Delivery.

Forecasting & clearance of supplier documents

Delivery execution - Supplier visits , meetings , regular review

Preparing of MIS.

Working toward the departmental KPI/ KRA achievement

Skills*:

• B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical

• Good Academics & Industrial Background from reputed company,

• Excellent excel skills,

• Excellent communication & negotiation skills,

• Material Planning experience,

• Knowledge & experience in indirect procurement,

• Sound knowledge of payment terms, inco-terms etc.,

• Sound analytical skills,

• Ability to handle and manage internal team and all the above mentioned stakeholders

• Knowledge of SAP is added advantage

Experience:

• Minimum 3 to 5 Years. From Industry Background - Manufacturing , Automotive , Motor or Pump Industry
