Job Description:

As the Manager Marketing you will play a crucial role in supporting the execution, tracking, and optimization of our marketing campaigns across above-the-line (ATL), below-the-line (BTL), and digital channels. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for implementing strategies, analyzing campaign performance, creating management information systems (MIS), and recommending improvements to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution:

Assist in the execution of ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns according to predefined strategies and timelines.

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of campaign activities across multiple channels.

Monitor campaign progress and troubleshoot any issues that may arise, proactively addressing challenges to ensure successful delivery.

Campaign Tracking and Analysis:

Develop and maintain systems for tracking campaign performance and collecting relevant data across ATL, BTL, and digital channels.

Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

Prepare regular reports and dashboards to provide insights on campaign performance, trends, and opportunities for optimization.

Management Information System (MIS) Creation:

Design and implement management information systems (MIS) to streamline data collection, reporting, and analysis processes.

Develop standardized templates and tools for capturing campaign data, performance metrics, and other relevant information.

Ensure accuracy and reliability of MIS by implementing quality control measures and conducting periodic audits.

Campaign Optimization:

Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for optimizing campaign performance and ROI.

Recommend strategic changes and adjustments to campaign tactics, targeting, messaging, and creative assets based on data-driven insights.

Implement A/B testing and experimentation methodologies to validate hypotheses and improve campaign effectiveness.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to ATL, BTL, and digital marketing.

Share insights and recommendations for process improvements and innovation within the marketing team.

Actively participate in post-campaign reviews and debriefs to capture learnings and identify areas for future optimization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign execution, tracking, and analysis across ATL, BTL, and digital channels. Rural market experience preferred.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.

Excellent project management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet software for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in data collection, analysis, and reporting.

Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems is a plus.
