Sales Strategy and Execution:
o Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the Solar Atta
Chakki business in Uttar Pradesh.
o Identify target markets, customer segments, and sales channels.
o Set sales targets, monitor performance, and drive the team to achieve and
exceed these targets.
Team Management:
o Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives.
o Provide coaching, mentorship, and regular performance feedback.
o Foster a collaborative and high-energy team environment.
Market Development:
o Identify and develop relationships with key stakeholders, including end
customers, installers, and finance partners.
o Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor
activities.
o Organize and participate in trade shows, conferences, and other marketing
events.
Customer Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
o Address customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
o Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through regular follow-ups and
support.
Reporting and Analysis:
o Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and analyses.
o Provide insights and recommendations to the team based on sales performance
and market feedback.
o Monitor and manage the sales budget effectively.
Qualifications:
Education:
o bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. An
MBA would be a plus.
Experience:
o Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the
renewable energy/ Motors or agricultural sectors.
o Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.
Skills and Abilities:
o Excellent leadership and team management skills.
o Good communication and interpersonal skills.
o Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
o Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions.
o Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
