Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination:
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring all phases of the solar atta chakki project.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of project milestones.
- Monitor project progress and report on status, issues, and risks to the project manager.
Operational Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the solar atta chakki, ensuring efficient and effective functioning.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for both the solar power system and the flour milling process.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and work with technical teams to resolve them.
Resource Management:
- Assist in the management of project resources, including budgeting, procurement, and inventory control.
- Ensure that all equipment and materials are available and functioning properly.
ompliance and Safety:
- Ensure that the project adheres to all relevant regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
- Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions for staff.
Customer and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and community stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
- Provide support and information to project stakeholders as required.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including financial transactions, project milestones, and performance metrics.
- Prepare and present regular reports on project progress and outcomes to senior management.
Skills:
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position with travel to project sites.
