1. Project Execution & Site Management

• Support the Assistant Manager (AM) in managing project execution.
• Handle day-to-day field activities at installation sites.
• Ensure timely installation and commissioning as per defined timelines.
• Manage material availability and resolve shortages at site.
• Conduct basic on-site surveys using ECOZEN’s survey application.
• Monitor and track survey submissions via the mobile app.

2. Stakeholder & Contractor Coordination

• Coordinate with local contractors and site workers.
• Liaise with DISCOM field offices and district engineers for:
• Survey approvals
• Inspection
• Net metering processes
• Licensing requirements
• Ensure smooth communication between field teams and DISCOM authorities.

3. Supervision & Monitoring

• Supervise Project In-charges, MIS Executives, and Warehouse Executives.
• Track project progress and escalate delays or operational issues.
• Ensure payment collection coordination where required.

4. Compliance & Safety

• Ensure strict adherence to electrical and site safety standards.
• Maintain compliance with operational and regulatory norms
