1. Installation Execution & Ownership

• Execute installation of Solar Cold Room systems (end-to-end) including:
• PUF/PUR cold room structure assembly
• Refrigeration system installation (compressor, piping, gas charging, testing)
• Solar system integration (panels, inverter, battery, electrical connections)
• Ability to independently install at least one full unit when required
• Ensure adherence to defined installation SOPs and timelines

2. Partner Management & Supervision

• Supervise and guide installer partners / vendor teams at site
• Ensure:
• Correct installation practices
• Productivity and discipline on site
• Compliance with company standards
• Build capability of partners through on-ground training and feedback

3. Quality Control & Compliance

• Ensure strict adherence to:
• Installation checklists
• Quality standards (mechanical, electrical, refrigeration)
• Conduct stage-wise QC checks:
• Structure alignment & sealing
• Refrigeration leak test & performance validation
• Solar system safety & output validation
• Capture and maintain:
• Installation reports
• QC checklists
• Photographic documentation

4. Cross-functional Coordination

• Act as a single point of contact on site for:
• Customer
• Sales team
• Service team
• Dispatch / warehouse team
• Ensure:
• Material readiness before installation
• Site readiness validation
• Smooth execution without delays

5. Customer Handling & Handover

• Coordinate with customer for:
• Site readiness
• Installation scheduling
• Ensure proper:
• System demonstration
• Handover documentation
• Customer sign-off
• Educate customer on basic operation & maintenance

6. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain complete installation documentation:
• Site survey validation
• Installation checklist
• QC reports
• Commissioning data
• Update systems (Clappia / internal tools) in real-time
• Report issues, escalations, and delays proactively
