Requirement

• Candidate must have prior experience in EPC / rooftop solar / solar pumping .
• Experience handling multi-location field execution teams and contractors is mandatory.
• Preference for candidates with government project execution experience (PM-KUSUM / RTS / Utility / DISCOM projects).
• Candidate should be willing to travel extensively across Andhra Pradesh project locations.
• Ability to handle department coordination, field escalations and timeline-driven execution.
• Strong understanding of project documentation, inspections and payment workflow management.
• Experience managing installation targets, vendor productivity and field manpower planning.
• Ability to independently manage division-level project execution with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of local Andhra Pradesh ecosystem, contractors or Telugu language will be an added advantage.
• Candidate should be comfortable working in fast-paced, highly dynamic execution environments.
