Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Subject Matter Expert- Content Developer (Data Analytics/Data Science/Data Engineer). As a Content Developer, you will be responsible for creating and updating content related to data analytics, data science, and data engineering. To develop high-quality, interactive, and fact-filled content as per business requirements and market study. You will work closely with the instructional design team to develop engaging and informative training modules. Some work from home is acceptable for this role based in Mumbai.

Qualifications

Lead technical requirement sessions with clients and internal stake holders.

Create new courses related to Data Analytics tools/Data Science/Big Data/Hadoop/AI/ML for the learners of EduBridge

Design and create training manuals, online learning modules, and course materials.

Train the trainers and quality assessors on the new content and make sure training is delivered at 100%. Making sure that trainers are up-to date and qualified on the content to be delivered.

Review training materials from a variety of sources and choose appropriate materials.

Should be comfortable working individually as a self-starter.

Be forward-thinking when designing content and adhere to adult learning principles

Enjoy working with tight deadlines and providing valuable input on projects to enhance and customize training processes to exceed operational needs

Creating instructional content that incorporates audio and video

Create knowledge and skills assessments

Evaluate learning effectiveness

Apply current research and theory to learning design challenges

Deliver training and presentations on education and learning design

Write/Review storyboards to make the technical content interesting

Approach to Work

Maintaining a 100% Adherence to SOPs and the deliverables deadline

Supporting and coordinating with every function in the L&D to complete the task as a whole L&D team.

Education Qualifications

BE/ B-Tech/ M-Tech

Any certification in Data Science/ AL/ML/ Hadoop (Preferred)

Prior Work Experience

3-5 years working in Data Science/ Big Data/ AI/ ML / Data Analytics tools

At least 2 years’ experience in content writing/ development
