• Secure recruitment contracts by utilizing an existing network of senior HR and TA leaders in the IT industry.
• Drive business growth by developing and managing long-term client relationships.
• Focus on recruitment contracts for entry-level and IT support roles.
• Represent EduBridge Learning as a trusted partner in workforce solutions.

Desired Profile

• 8–10 years of proven experience in IT staffing business development.
• Strong, existing connects with senior HR and TA leaders in the IT sector.
• Ability to independently close recruitment contracts and scale client accounts.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
