Business Development Manager – Contract Staffing (Non-IT)
📍 Location: Mumbai | 🧑💼 Role Type: Individual Contributor | On-site
Talent Deploy (EduBridge Group) is hiring Business Development Managers for its Contract Staffing (Non-IT) vertical.
This is a pure corporate sales, hunting-focused, IC-only role. The mandate is clear: new client acquisition, large-scale headcount ramp-ups, and billing-led revenue growth.
⚠️ Mandatory: Prior experience in Contract / General Staffing sales (Non-IT)

Key Responsibilities- Acquire new corporate clients for Contract / General Staffing (Non-IT)
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, solutioning, commercials, negotiations, closures
- Drive headcount deployment, ramp-ups, billing, and revenue
- Build senior-level relationships with HR, Procurement, and Business Heads
- Own commercials, margins, SLAs, and contract compliance
- Deliver against monthly and quarterly revenue / billing targets
- 5–10 years of hands-on BD / Corporate Sales experience in Contract / General Staffing (Non-IT) only
- Demonstrated new logo acquisition and account ramp-up with clear billing ownership
- Strong working knowledge of manpower commercials, billing models, margins, and SLAs
- Proven experience handling large headcounts across multi-location deployments
- Pure Individual Contributor mindset with direct revenue and billing targets
- Exposure to BFSI, FMCG, Retail, Pharma, E-commerce, Manufacturing
- Any Graduate
