We deliver premium AV solutions for luxury residences, home theatres, private cinemas, studios, boardrooms, media rooms, and corporate lounges.

Role Overview
We are hiring a hunter-driven Senior BDM to close high-ticket AV projects across residential and commercial segments.
This is a new acquisition role (70% self-generated leads) focused on consultative selling, strategic networking, and revenue ownership.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive B2B & B2C sales of high-end AV systems
• Close projects ranging ₹13 L – ₹1.5 Cr
• Build networks with Architects, Interior Designers, AV Consultants, System Integrators, Luxury Project Consultants, HNIs
• Lead negotiations and structure high-value deals
• Expand dealer & distribution networks
• Own pre-sales, solution pitching, and pipeline management
• Achieve ₹40 L+ monthly revenue target

Required Background
• 3–6 years in High-End AV, Home Automation, System Integration, Luxury Electronics, Premium Architectural Products, or High-Ticket Consultative Sales
• Proven track record in new client acquisition and closing ₹13 L+ deals
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
• Experience selling to HNIs and corporate decision-makers
• CRM proficiency and structured sales process
• Education: BE/BTech (Electronics/Electrical) or MBA/Business/Marketing
