About The Role
The Part-Time Domain Trainer – College Partners is responsible for delivering structured, technical domain-specific training (Java Full Stack, Service Desk, AWS, Python, AI, Data Analytics, or related IT skills) to college students in collaboration with academic faculty.
The role focuses on equipping learners with applied, job-ready technical skills aligned with industry expectations and directly linked to internships and placement opportunities.

Batch Delivery:

About The Role
The Part-Time Domain Trainer – College Partners is responsible for delivering structured, technical domain-specific training (Java Full Stack, Service Desk, AWS, Python, AI, Data Analytics, or related IT skills) to college students in collaboration with academic faculty.
The role focuses on equipping learners with applied, job-ready technical skills aligned with industry expectations and directly linked to internships and placement opportunities.
Key Deliverables
- Successful delivery of up to 200 hours of structured technical domain training per batch.
- High student performance in technical assessments, projects, and recruitment processes.
- Customized training aligned with college curriculum and recruiter expectations.
- Regular reporting on student progress, placement readiness, and technical skill gaps.
- Improved internship-to-placement conversion rates.
Batch Delivery:
- Conduct technical domain training (Java Full Stack / Service Desk / AWS / Python / AI / Data Analytics) for batches of up to 70–75 students.
- Integrate industry tools, real-world use cases, hands-on labs, and project-based learning.
- Collaborate closely with college faculty to ensure technical curriculum coverage without duplication or gaps.
- Embed employability and placement readiness within technical training delivery.
- Conduct mock tests, coding/technical assessments, case studies, and project evaluations aligned with recruiter hiring processes.
- Prepare students for technical interviews, assessments, and placement drives.
- Monitor attendance, learner progress, and job-readiness indicators.
- Share insights on individual and batch-level technical skill gaps with the Program Manager and placement teams.
- Continuously adapt technical training content based on recruiter feedback, placement outcomes, and evolving industry needs.
