About The Role
EduBridge is implementing a 3-year College Excellence Program across engineering and degree colleges—powered by CSR partnerships with Capgemini & SAP—to transform institutions into future-ready campuses.
As the Senior Manager – Training Excellence, you will lead the complete academic and training delivery ecosystem across all partner colleges. You will manage the training calendar, all trainers (full-time, freelance, specialist), ensure delivery of technical + career-building modules, and guarantee that program outcomes (placements, certifications, engagement, quality) are consistently achieved.
You will be the academic anchor of the entire program—ensuring discipline, quality, and execution excellence across every intervention.

- Master Calendar Ownership (Multi-College Delivery)
- Create & manage the master training calendar across 5–10 colleges (depending on cluster).
- Allocate the right trainers for each module based on expertise.
- Ensure zero missed sessions & timely substitutions.
- Build standardised delivery rhythms across all institutions.
- Trainer Leadership & Ecosystem Management
- Manage all full-time trainers, freelance trainers, subject experts, and industry trainers.
- Oversee onboarding, allocation, academic governance, and performance monitoring.
- Conduct weekly reviews of:
- Training quality
- Pedagogy alignment
- Assessment scores
- Student engagement
- Feedback ratings
- Coach trainers, conduct remedial sessions, and ensure TTT/recertification compliance.
- Training Quality, Audits & Academic Discipline
- Conduct class audits (physical + virtual).
- Standardize lesson plans, curriculum delivery, assessments, and ELITE usage.
- Ensure quality across:
- Soft skills training
- Technical modules
- Leadership programs
- Faculty development
- Industry-led sessions
- Maintain average course rating ≥ 4.5/5.
- Learner Engagement, Retention & Success
- Monitor all engagement KPIs across all colleges.
- Identify at-risk students early and implement retention interventions.
- Ensure strong participation in:
- Bootcamps
- Certification programs
- Projects
- Hackathons
- Internship prep sessions
- Drive completion, attendance, and learning quality.
- Assessment Management & Competency Tracking
- Ensure adherence to assessment schedules for every program component.
- Oversee evaluations of:
- Technical modules
- Aptitude
- Communication
- Capstone projects
- Hackathon submissions
- Maintain data integrity on ELITE and MIS dashboards.
- Faculty & Leadership Engagement
- Support Academic Leadership Accelerator delivery:
- Pedagogy transformation
- Curriculum modernization
- Industry alignment
- Facilitate faculty upskilling sessions across disciplines.
- Data, Reporting & ELITE Compliance
- Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly training data accuracy.
- Publish centralized dashboards for:
- Attendance

- Maintain 100% ELITE compliance.

Professional Experience
- 7–10 years in Training Delivery / Academic Operations / L&D leadership roles.
- Experience in EdTech, Universities, Skill Development, Corporate L&D, or CSR learning projects.
- Proven experience managing large trainer teams (20–50 trainers).
- Experience in technical + behavioural training ecosystems is a strong advantage.
