ABOUT TALENT DEPLOY
Talent Deploy, part of the EduBridge Learning ecosystem, is building a high-growth Contract Staffing (Non-IT) business focused on large-scale workforce deployment across BFSI, Retail, E-commerce, Manufacturing, and Logistics. With a nationwide skilling and talent pipeline through EduBridge, we combine talent supply + staffing delivery, enabling faster ramp-ups for enterprise clients.
Role Mandate: This is a pure hunting role. Your primary responsibility is to acquire new clients and close staffing deals. Account management without revenue generation will not be sufficient for success in this role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
New Client Acquisition
· Identify and acquire new corporate clients requiring contract / general staffing services
· Generate leads through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and market mapping
· Build relationships with HR Heads, Procurement, and Business Leaders
Sales & Deal Closure
· Own the complete sales cycle: prospecting → meetings → solutioning → commercials → closure
· Close staffing mandates involving large headcount deployments
· Negotiate commercials, margins, and service agreements
Revenue & Deployment
· Drive revenue through billing and workforce deployment
· Work closely with delivery teams to ramp up client mandates
· Ensure commercial viability and margins
Market Expansion
Build a strong pipeline within target sectors:
BFSI | E-commerce | Retail | Logistics | Manufacturing | Pharma
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
Experience
· 4–8 years in B2B corporate sales, preferably from Contract / General Staffing or manpower services
Industry backgrounds that work well
Staffing & Manpower Services | Logistics Workforce Solutions | Facility Management Staffing | Security Manpower Companies | Industrial Services
