Key Responsibilities

Needs Assessment

Analyze employee strengths and weaknesses via surveys and interviews to identify training gaps.

Curriculum Development

Create engaging training content, including presentations, handbooks, and case studies.

Training Delivery

Conduct workshops, seminars, and role-playing exercises in person or virtually.

Development Areas

Focus on communication, etiquette, presentation skills, teamwork, and emotional intelligence.

Evaluation

Assess training effectiveness and provide post-training support and reports.

Coaching

Provide to engineering students for performance improvement and cracking interviews

Experience

Required Skills and Qualifications

5+ years of experience in corporate training or soft skills instruction.

Education

Bachelors degree in HR, Education, Psychology, or related fields.

Communication

Exceptional public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
