About The Role
EduBridge is implementing a 3-year College Excellence Program across engineering and degree collegespowered by CSR partnerships with Capgemini & SAPto transform institutions into future-ready campuses.
As the College Lead and Training Excellence lead, the person will lead the complete academic and training delivery ecosystem across all partner colleges assigned to them.
They will manage the training calendar, all trainers (full-time, freelance, specialist), ensure delivery of technical + career-building modules, and guarantee that program outcomes (placements, certifications, engagement, quality) are consistently achieved.
The will be the academic anchor of the entire programensuring discipline, quality, and execution excellence across every intervention.

You will ensure that each of these interventions is delivered with consistency, quality, and alignment to timelines.
Allocate the right trainers for each module based on expertise.
Ensure zero missed sessions & timely substitutions.
Build standardised delivery rhythms across all institutions.
Oversee onboarding, allocation, academic governance, and performance monitoring.

Required Experience & Skills
Professional Experience
810 years in Key Accounts management /Training Delivery / Academic Operations / L&D leadership roles.
Experience in EdTech, Universities, Skill Development, Corporate L&D, or CSR learning projects.
Proven experience managing large trainer teams (2050 trainers).
Experience in technical + behavioural training ecosystems is a strong advantage.
