About the Programme

Bridge Beyond is India's only end-to-end India–Germany nursing placement pathway — preparing qualified nurses from A1 to B2 in India, with a confirmed job offer secured before training begins. VOICE German™ is our proprietary, CEFR-aligned German language programme, purpose-built for nursing candidates heading to German healthcare employers.

The Role

We are looking for a certified German Language Trainer to deliver the complete A1–B2 VOICE German™ curriculum to batches of nursing candidates at your city location. This is a structured, on-site, full-time role — not tutoring or freelance. You will work to a defined curriculum, conduct weekly assessments, and prepare candidates for Goethe-Institut or TELC B1 and B2 external certification.

What We're Looking For

• German language proficiency at C1 minimum — must be able to teach confidently to B2 standard across all four skills

• Minimum 3 years teaching German to adult learners in a structured institutional setting

• Familiarity with CEFR levels and Goethe-Institut or TELC examination standards from a delivery perspective

• Strong spoken German — this is a high-contact speaking role

• Prior experience with healthcare or nursing German is an advantage

• Must be based locally or willing to relocate before June 15, 2026

What You Will Own

• Daily delivery of VOICE German™ curriculum — minimum 4 hours of instruction per day

• Weekly assessments and level-gate evaluations across A1, A2, B1, and B2

• B1 and B2 external examination preparation — pass rate is the primary performance metric

• Progress reporting to the Programme Manager and L&D team

Compensation & Timeline

CTC - 6.50 lacs to 8 lacs pa

Performance incentive linked to B1 and B2 batch pass rates, discussed at offer stage.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a language proficiency check and a short demo lesson.
