ABOUT THE PROGRAMME

Bridge Beyond, operated by EBSC Technologies Pvt. Ltd., is India's only end-to-end IndiaGermany nursing placement pathway. We source qualified nurses from Maharashtra and beyond, prepare candidates from A1 through B2 entirely in India before departure, secure a confirmed job offer before training begins, and provide structured support for twelve months post-landing in Germany.

VOICE German is our proprietary German language and clinical communication product a four-level, CEFR-aligned programme with nursing-specific content, scenario-based pedagogy, and a trainer certification framework (BBTC). It is a core intellectual property asset of EduBridge and a primary competitive differentiator of the Bridge Beyond programme.

THE ROLE

This is a senior specialist content and delivery role at the heart of VOICE German. You will own the curriculum documents that power the programme, deliver training to nursing candidates in Mumbai, and build the trainer pipeline that will allow VOICE German to scale across multiple cities. This is not a general language teaching role it requires C2-level German mastery, direct lived experience of the German workplace, deep pedagogical rigour, and the discipline to produce EduBridge-standard curriculum documents that carry the programme's IP. Your Germany experience is not a preference it is the foundation of the credibility you will bring to every session, every document, and every trainer you certify.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop VOICE German curriculum across A1 to B2 levels, including session plans, learner workbooks, facilitator guides, and assessment rubrics.
• Create nursing-specific German content, including Pflege vocabulary, patient interaction scripts, clinical documentation language, and role-play scenarios.
• Align all curriculum and assessments with CEFR, Goethe, TELC, or SD examination standards.
• Deliver German language training to nursing candidates in Mumbai using immersive and communicative teaching methods.
• Prepare learners for Goethe/TELC B1 and B2 certification exams.
• Track learner attendance, assessment performance, and batch progress; provide early support to at-risk learners.
• Develop the VOICE German Trainer Playbook and BBTC certification materials.
• Certify trainers through induction, observation, feedback, and assessment under the BBTC framework.
• Support quality assurance of certified trainers through spot checks, retraining, and annual recertification.
• Own B2-level curriculum delivery and ensure learners are examination-ready before departure.
• Design assessment checkpoints between B1 and B2 to monitor learner readiness.
• Conduct cross-city quality checks across Mumbai, Trichy, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Guwahati.
• Design and administer German language enrolment screening tests for candidate batch allocation.
• Travel to pilot cities for trainer certification, quality audits, and trainer calibration workshops.
• Maintain curriculum version control, documentation standards, and IP compliance.

Required Skills and Experience

• C2-level German language proficiency is mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years of lived and work experience in Germany is mandatory.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in German language instruction, curriculum development, or professional German usage.
• Strong experience in creating structured curriculum documents, training materials, assessment rubrics, and trainer guides.
• Deep understanding of CEFR standards and Goethe/TELC/SD exam requirements.
• Working knowledge of healthcare or nursing German is preferred.
• Strong English communication skills for documentation, coordination, and programme management.
• Experience in trainer certification, train-the-trainer programmes, or academic programme management is preferred.
• Exposure to EdTech platforms, LMS tools, or AI-assisted language learning tools is an added advantage.
• Ability to manage training quality across multiple cities and distributed teams.

Compensation

Competitive fixed CTC based on experience, with performance incentives linked to B1 batch pass rates and BBTC milestones. Details will be discussed during the interview.
