About The Role

We are hiring a German Language Trainer to deliver our CEFR-aligned VOICE German curriculum (A1B2) to nursing candidates preparing for Germany placements. This is a structured, full-time classroom delivery role with defined curriculum, assessments, and outcome accountability.

Key Requirements

C1 proficiency in German (mandatory)

Minimum 3 Years Experience Teaching Adult Learners

Familiarity with Goethe-Institut / TELC exam standards

Strong spoken German and classroom delivery skills

Open to relocation before June 15, 2026

Key Responsibilities

Deliver 4+ hours of daily on-site training

Conduct weekly assessments and level evaluations

Prepare candidates for B1 & B2 certification

Track progress and report to L&D / Programme team

Compensation & Start Date

70,000/month (fixed) + performance incentives

Start on or before June 15, 2026
