About The Role
We are seeking an experienced BFSI Trainer to deliver end-to-end training in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain. The trainer will be responsible for equipping learners with strong domain knowledge in banking operations, finance, and accounting, along with employability and interpersonal skills required for corporate placements.
The ideal candidate should be capable of delivering engaging, outcome-driven training using innovative and learner-centric methodologies while ensuring high learner retention and placement readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive training in the Banking domain along with fundamentals of Finance and Accounts.
Conduct employability skills and interpersonal skills training to prepare learners for corporate environments.
Use innovative training methodologies such as activity-based learning, role plays, experiential learning, and simulations.
Conduct online and in-person training sessions with strong platform and facilitation skills.
Evaluate and grade learner assignments, assessments, and projects.
Track learner performance and identify individual and group-level improvement areas.
Maintain training reports and update learner data on internal systems.
Provide one-on-one mentoring, counselling, and academic support to learners to minimize dropouts.
Create and maintain a positive, professional, and inclusive learning environment.
Align training outcomes with corporate placement requirements and industry expectations.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any stream with strong experience in Banking, Finance, or Accounts
OR
Commerce Graduate (Banking & Finance specialization preferred).
Minimum 2+ years of experience delivering training in the BFSI domain.
Strong knowledge of banking operations, finance, and accounting concepts.
Excellent training delivery skills (online and offline).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Hands-on experience or quick adaptability to internal tools and systems.
Proficiency in MS Office and digital training tools.
Strong mentoring, coaching, and counselling skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and accountability.
Ability to apply effective teaching methodologies and adapt to learner needs.
Additional Qualifications (Preferred)
Prior experience in skill development, EdTech, or vocational training programs.
Experience working with youth or early-career learners.
Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
Willingness to continuously upgrade training techniques and domain knowledge.
