We are currently hiring a hands-on, target-driven recruiter for our Talent Acquisition team.

Location: Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai

Work Mode: Work From Office

Experience: 2–4 years

CTC: As per experience and performance

Joining: Immediate joiners highly preferred

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own recruitment from sourcing to joining
• Actively source through Naukri, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, WhatsApp groups, etc.
• Screen and shortlist candidates
• Coordinate interviews and drive follow-ups
• Manage offers and candidates through joining
• Handle multiple open requirements simultaneously
• Deliver approximately 8–9 successful closures per month

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2–4 years of hands-on recruitment experience
• Strong Naukri/database sourcing skills
• Experience working against individual recruitment targets
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with high outbound calling activity
• Strong follow-up and candidate-closing ability
• Reasonably good communication skills and comfort with ATS and recruitment tools
• Agency/Staffing/RPO/BPO/EdTech/Education/Skilling recruitment experience preferred

QUALIFICATIONS

Any Bachelor’s degree. A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
