Job Description:
- Ensure delivery of a robust sales funnel designed to over-deliver agreed targets by region and channel
- Engaging customers across channels
- Contribute to honing the eFishery brand story to ensure relevance and impact in new channels and new customers
- Ensure efficient hand over of newly onboarded customers to KAM or Field ops teams
- Manage team visit/participation at Seafood/food expo in USA market to approach potential buyer
- Introduce trade financing (post-shipment) facility to partner exporter and hand over it to key account team
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in economics/management, agribusiness, or other related experience
- Have 5 years experience managing business development team at shrimp exporting company
- Have a valid and active passport
- Have Interpersonal skills and good oral and written communication skills in English
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and G Suite
