Job Descriptions :

• Delivery of agreed revenue, profit and cash targets for their customers
• Prioritisation and planning of growth opportunities and optimising current portfolio as and when needed
• Execution of JBPs with all key accounts including quarterly reviews meetings and annual top to top meetings
• Tracking and reporting progress against OKRs and recommending course correction actions where applicable
• Manage key account executive based in USA for direct to buyer communication (retail & food service)
• Manage key account executive based in Indonesia to communicate with supply chain team in order to fulfil order from USA buyer
• Facilitating trade financing (post shipment) to partner exporter

Job Requirements :

• Minimum S1 Economics/Management, Agribusiness or other related experienced
• Have 5 years experience managing key account team at shrimp exporting company
• Have a valid passport
• Have interpersonal skills and good communication skills in English
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and G suite
