• Addressing all general inquiries about eFishery via phone, messages, or social media
• Providing accurate, valid, and comprehensive information using appropriate methods/tools
• Handling customer complaints, offering suitable solutions and alternatives within specified timeframes
• Recording customer interactions, processing, and archiving documents as necessary
• Establishing and nurturing a sustainable relationship and trust with eFishery customers through open and interactive communication to achieve satisfaction
• Maintaining communication and collaboration with all internal teams to efficiently resolve issues

Job Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree
• Minimum of 1 year in the same position
• Possesses strong problem-solving skills
• Highly proficient in using standard work tools (Office or Google tools, CRX or CRM)
• Demonstrates knowledge and standard skills in data management
• Exhibits effective communication, organizational, adaptability, and interpersonal skills.
