Job Description:

  • Building long-term relationships with First Level Buyer customers
  • Develop trusted relationships with First Level Buyers & Farmers
  • Responsible for maintaining current client satisfaction and providing exceptional client service on a daily basis
  • Monitor and analyze product usage by customers
  • Responsible for working with Sales team to join and integrate new clients and develop existing client relationships
  • Maintain stock and product supply to meet demand in the area
  • Ensuring field team operations run well according to predetermined KPIs

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of Sales
  • Have experience and knowledge of sales data processing and analysis (better in the B2B industry)
  • Sales skills / Salesmanship
  • Territory or Territory Management skills
  • Having work experience in the field of Fisheries (especially Shrimp) is preferable
