Job Descriptions:
- Create and updating SOP document of Customer Complaint Handling
- Socialize SOP to all related function
- Receive and record all customer complaint contact at updated form of customer complaint report
- Facilitate communication and coordination within customer and internal team
- Follow up and evaluate customer/consumer complaint report
What you will need to be succeed:
- Proven experience as Complaint Handling or Customer Service
- Minimum Bachelor Degree
- Flexible and positive in the face of change and responds promptly
- Works cooperatively with team members
- Active listener with excellent communication skills
