Job Descriptions:

  • Create and updating SOP document of Customer Complaint Handling
  • Socialize SOP to all related function
  • Receive and record all customer complaint contact at updated form of customer complaint report
  • Facilitate communication and coordination within customer and internal team
  • Follow up and evaluate customer/consumer complaint report

What you will need to be succeed:

  • Proven experience as Complaint Handling or Customer Service
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree
  • Flexible and positive in the face of change and responds promptly
  • Works cooperatively with team members
  • Active listener with excellent communication skills
