Job Description:

  • Full ownership of the Farming & Technical Services team, including contribution to the delivery of top line sales and EBITDA primarily via delivery of increases in farming productivity per ha
  • Prioritization and planning including building farming expertise, quantification of the eFishery difference, PL validation, validation of input product performance, lab services, digitization, farm operations and productivity increases per ha
  • Establish the F&TS team
  • Reporting and KPI tracking of agreed annual business plan for current year, including development of a robust rolling 12 month forecast
  • Development and planning of Year +3 for contract farming and FaaS
  • Development of eFishery SOP’s by region by farming problem that delivers increased productivity to our farmers
  • Establish testing network to ensure new and existing partner products at owned facilities, customer ponds and/or external testing institutes
  • Build close networks with opinion-leaders, farmers, independent consultants, local feed, livestock, and animal health organization in AP and Globally
