Job Description:

• Identify potential buyer based on the assigned sub-region to penetrate the market to meet sales goal & target
• Build a professional relation and network with new and existing buyers
• Provide market updates and customer feedback to Field Operation team for market analysis and product development
• Be a central contact point and closely work with the support team to solve buyers’ requirements and needs
• Prepare weekly sale result and sale forecast including prospect buyers for closing
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the key account manager
• Proactively establish and maintain effective teamwork relationships with all relevant departments
• Maintain professional working attitudes that maintain and promote the company's core values

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor degree of relevent studies
• Having 3 years experience managing shrimp/seafood business in recpective country
• Strong Personality Skill and Communication Skill
• Strong Negotiation Skill to deal with all potential customers
• Having experience in dealing with Seafood Importer/Distributor in the repective country
