- Manage organizational change, employee transfer process, and performance management process

What you will need to be succeed:
- Having 4+ years of experience as OD or Performance Management Team or related skills in People Strategic Area both in Start-Up or/and Established Corporation
- Have solid understanding related Organization Management, Human Capital Management, and Performance Management Skill
- Have experience in handle department tech & engineer is a plus
- Familiar with OKR / KPI Cascading Processes, Job Analysis & Job Evaluation Process with various methods and approach
- Strong analytical thinking, fast paced, able to communicate in many various layers of management and stakeholders
- Able to analyze data using multiple platforms (at least intermediate skills of excel functions)
- Having an understanding about Business Process Improvement is a point plus
- Adapt easily with rapid change
