  • Contributing to the restructuring of departments to increase efficiency and align activities with business objectives

  • Communicates with stakeholders to find insights and organization needs and change if possible
  • Manage organizational change, employee transfer process, and performance management process
  • Gather, Maintain, and Analyze Employee Performance to give business insights for stakeholders & management

What you will need to be succeed:

  • Having 4+ years of experience as OD or Performance Management Team or related skills in People Strategic Area both in Start-Up or/and Established Corporation
  • Have solid understanding related Organization Management, Human Capital Management, and Performance Management Skill
  • Have experience in handle department tech & engineer is a plus
  • Familiar with OKR / KPI Cascading Processes, Job Analysis & Job Evaluation Process with various methods and approach
  • Strong analytical thinking, fast paced, able to communicate in many various layers of management and stakeholders
  • Able to analyze data using multiple platforms (at least intermediate skills of excel functions)
  • Having an understanding about Business Process Improvement is a point plus
  • Adapt easily with rapid change
