  • Reviews and analyzes the performance of various procedures at a company and makes recommendations for improvements
  • Analyze the quality reports and determining how to make production more efficient
  • Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to meet business goals
  • Monitor process performance and improvements in key metrics
  • Work with management to define the short-term and long-term objectives and potential gains

What you will need to be succeed:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Finance, or a related field
  • Have more than 3 years experiences in the same field
  • Familiar with operational process management and process improvement tools, ex: MS Visio
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to gather, organize, analyze information with attention to details and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Deep understanding in business requirements
