Job Description:

  • Plan, organize, coordinate, control and evaluate all salesman activities
  • Carry out all tasks according to the systems and procedures set by the company to achieve the company's goals
  • Lead and manage team to maximize their performance
  • Design and implement strategic plans to reach positive PnL, sales targets and expand eFishery customer base
  • Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
  • Building relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty
  • Develop weekly, monthly and quarterly sales objectives
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales reports to senior management
  • Learn about customers to better understand their business needs and goals
  • Assess costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify selling preposition
  • Establish a sales development program to field sales team
  • Build communication with cross function division to get feedback and implement continuity quality sales improvement

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor degree
  • Minimum 2 years experience in related field
  • Proficient in English (oral & written)
  • Have experience and knowledge about retail sales process & sales data analysis
  • Basic Salesmanship
  • Territory and channel management knowledge
  • Distribution Concept
