Job Description:
- Plan, organize, coordinate, control and evaluate all salesman activities
- Carry out all tasks according to the systems and procedures set by the company to achieve the company's goals
- Lead and manage team to maximize their performance
- Design and implement strategic plans to reach positive PnL, sales targets and expand eFishery customer base
- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
- Building relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty
- Develop weekly, monthly and quarterly sales objectives
- Provide detailed and accurate sales reports to senior management
- Learn about customers to better understand their business needs and goals
- Assess costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify selling preposition
- Establish a sales development program to field sales team
- Build communication with cross function division to get feedback and implement continuity quality sales improvement
Job Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor degree
- Minimum 2 years experience in related field
- Proficient in English (oral & written)
- Have experience and knowledge about retail sales process & sales data analysis
- Basic Salesmanship
- Territory and channel management knowledge
- Distribution Concept
