  • Received and response customer complaint (direct & indirect)
  • Gather feedback from related PIC regarding customer complaints and get back to customer/sales
  • Record all compaints and input in daily trackers
  • Analyzing customer complaint impact on customer experience & churn rate
  • Summarize weekly customer complaints & analysis

What you will need to be succeed:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Having experience in the Customer Service field
  • Quick to adapt with administrative abilities
  • Proficient in spreadsheets
  • Possessing computer skills and knowledge of grammar
