- Gather feedback from related PIC regarding customer complaints and get back to customer/sales
- Record all compaints and input in daily trackers
- Analyzing customer complaint impact on customer experience & churn rate
- Summarize weekly customer complaints & analysis
What you will need to be succeed:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Having experience in the Customer Service field
- Quick to adapt with administrative abilities
- Proficient in spreadsheets
- Possessing computer skills and knowledge of grammar
