Job Description:

• Performance control tower & monitoring (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Support DSOR & WSOR to clear-up execution fulfillment planning for fish & processing demand commodities
• Collaborate with the data team to make deep dive multi operational analysis
• Collaborate with the admin team to make sure all administrative needs fulfill & lean on the business process
• Collaborate with the field ops team to debottlenecking operation issues & optimize processes

Job Requirements:

• Holds a degree from a reputable university in any field of study
• Demonstrates strong teamwork, tact, discipline, and quick responsiveness
• Possesses proficient skills in operating Google Sheets, Excel, Metabase system, and Odoo. Coding skills would be advantageous
• Excels in managing multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
• Has knowledge of tools/methods for operational analysis
