Job Description:

• Track operation main OKR and validate sub-OKR from each function to ensure data accuracy by weekly
• Assist each function to develop their SOP, WoW, and tracker
• Do periodical audit process to ensure all SOP & WoW still valid dan follow up to related function if there is process updated
• Lead process improvement & debottlenecking daily operation process
• Provide Requirement clarification to Data Team & Product related to Operation needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree with any major subject with min. 1 years related experience
• Skill in the use of personal computers and related software applications
• Skill in the analysis and re-engineering of systems, processes, and procedures
• Analysis & Problem-solving skill
