Job Description:

• Develope regional Trade Marketing strategies
• Translated shopper research into shopper insights to be implemented into channel strategies
• Integrate the Trade Marketing plan and its execution in the regional context
• Ensured that Channel Development Management is applied and evaluated
• Ensured the trade marketing budget is utilized efficiently and effectively
• Ensured that the utilization of trade marketing funds is substantiated by concrete evidence
• Analyze and reviewing the outcomes of all trade marketing activities
• Formulate Placement and Merchandising Visibility strategies to be implemented through careful selection of appropriate types of POSM, placement in line with decision corridors, and cost-effectiveness
• Ensured that the allocation and utilization of POSM are supported by proper POSM allocation planning
• Develope a Customer Relationship Program to cultivate Customer Loyalty
• Ensured sales and distribution growth

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any majors
• Experience at least 3 years in Sales
• Have a good knowledge of sales data analysis and processes within the retail industry
• Proficient in salesmanship and selling skills
• Having a strong understanding of distribution
