Job Description:

  • Ensuring all targets given to all FTS in the area are achieved and running well (target acquisition, activation, retention and Recall feeder)
  • Carry out accountability for the use of personal and regional budgets
  • Validating data order
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams in any matters related to existing processes in the field
  • Conducting joint visits with both FTS and other teams if there is a need
  • Doing a monthly report in the form of a narrative to the direct supervisor

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum SMA/SMK/D3/S1
  • Adequate experience in the field of technical support and customer experience
  • Attention to detail and good problem solving skills
  • Proficient interpersonal skills
  • Good written and verbal communication
