Job Description:
- Ensuring all targets given to all FTS in the area are achieved and running well (target acquisition, activation, retention and Recall feeder)
- Carry out accountability for the use of personal and regional budgets
- Validating data order
- Collaborate with internal and external teams in any matters related to existing processes in the field
- Conducting joint visits with both FTS and other teams if there is a need
- Doing a monthly report in the form of a narrative to the direct supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SMA/SMK/D3/S1
- Adequate experience in the field of technical support and customer experience
- Attention to detail and good problem solving skills
- Proficient interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal communication
