Job Description:

  • Assist channel development manager to design & explore new initiatives on RTM RTM (Route to market) feed business B2B channel
  • Assist channel development manager to make sure expansion goes well
  • Assist channel development manager to develop playbook & WOW on new channel initiatives
  • Assist channel development manager to improve existing RTM
  • Maintain playbook & WoW and connect with technology
  • Setup & monitoring journey to self order
  • Collab with product team to improve sales app and order app to get more insight
  • Improve productivity revenue generator by tapping technology or new initiatives

Job Requirement:

  • Strong experiences in Business Development, Sales Development, Channel Development, Business Analyst or Commercial Strategy for at least 3 years.
  • Having experience in developing products/programs/projects/mechanisms in Sales Operation.
  • Strong analytical thinking, enjoy big data tasks and detail oriented.
  • Having experience on the field as a Sales Function or Commercial team would be an advantage.
  • Strong in data processing, data analysis, creating projects, business process improvement, and strong presentation skills.
  • Good and clear structured communication and able to summarize some data and information to be a suggestion as a basis for decision making.
  • Comfort to work in small-medium team and able to work under tight timeline
