Business Process Specialist

Job Description:

  • Conducting research and analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement in business processes or developing new methods for improving efficiency
  • Developing and implementing process improvement plans, including documenting and communicating changes to employees
  • Training employees on new procedures or processes to ensure that everyone is using them correctly
  • Developing reports about project findings or best practices for use by management
  • Observing workplace activities to identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency or productivity
  • Coordinating employee training and development programs
  • Developing and implementing new technologies to improve efficiency or productivity in business processes
  • Analyzing costs and benefits of proposed changes to the business process to determine their overall impact on the organization
  • Evaluating existing processes to recommend improvements

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a field such as business administration, management, information technology, computer science or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years experience providing production support by assisting with the analysis, design, programming, and testing of solutions to complex production problems, supports the development of test scenarios and test cases
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Work with functional leads to obtain formal agreement by stakeholders and recipients to scope and requirements and establishes a base-line on which delivery of a solution can commence
  • A fast learner who can take on initiatives and ownership
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
