Job Description:
- Building long-term relationships with First Level Buyer customers
- Develop trusted relationships with First Level Buyers & Farmers
- Responsible for maintaining current client satisfaction and providing exceptional client service on a daily basis
- Monitor and analyze product usage by customers
- Responsible for working with Sales team to join and integrate new clients and develop existing client relationships
- Maintain stock and product supply to meet demand in the area
- Ensuring field team operations run well according to predetermined KPIs
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of Sales
- Have experience and knowledge of sales data processing and analysis (better in the B2B industry)
- Sales skills / Salesmanship
- Territory or Territory Management skills
- Having work experience in the field of Fisheries (especially Shrimp) is preferable
