What you will need to be succeed:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Hardware Development/Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Engineering Manager or similar role at fast-growing startup or tech company
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skill
• Proven work experience as an Engineering Manager or similar role
• Analytical skills for evaluating information carefully and solving complex problems
• Communication skills for overseeing staff and working with other management personnel
• Detail-oriented with the ability to catch minor error which can result in major problems
• Experience managing engineering teams including hiring/termination and performance management
