Job Description:

• Monitoring progression of milestones and tasks (ensuring ClickUp cards are up to date) and ensuring its alignment with planned timeline, frequently updating to stakeholders
• Helping build and continuously improving product development process by analyzing issues that hinder team’s work
• Assessing project performance and identifying areas for improvement

Job Requirements:

• Prior 1-year experience as a project manager or in a similar position
• Preferably experienced in Hardware (mechanical-electrical) or IoT-related projects
• Have deep understanding of how hardware project management works and vast knowledge of project management methodologies (both waterfall and agile)
• Excellent organizational skills with great interpersonal & communication skill also, able to work well with designers and engineers
• An analytical and metric/data driven work style
