Job Descriptions:

• Own the engineering roadmap and strategy
• Build and optimize OKR target for engineering
• Review Strategy, Release, Portfolio, Epics, Features roadmap
• Lead, define, represent, and communicate engineering strategy to multiple stakeholders
• Develop budgets and forecasts for projects and resources
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and help to implement potential solutions
• Providing scalable engineering and supportability deliverables, resulting in products and services with more efficiency, lower risk, and reduced customer impact
• Providing mentorship and technical direction to team-members and evangelize practices and methodologies

Job Requirements:

• Minimum S1/D3 Computer Science٫ Engineering or other related area
• Proven track record of at least 5 years in research and development
• Has a deep passion for innovation and a history of successfully driving product development projects from concept to market
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Preferably possess knowledge about mechanical and/or electrical product
