Job Descriptions:

• Ensuring the engineers can carried out the deliveries
• Maintaining the team productivity and personal development
• Assist the Head of Product Research to find out the bandwidth and capacity of the delivery team
• Working together with the Principal Researcher in defining standard technology requirements, aligned within the target and can solve the problem
• Overseeing projects from a tech stacks and research point of view

Job Requirements:

• Minimum S1/D3 Computer Science٫ Engineering or other related area
• Proven track record of at least 3 years in research and development of IoT
• Has a deep passion for innovation and a history of successfully driving product development projects from concept to market
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Preferably possess knowledge about mechanical and/or electrical product
