What you will need to be succeed:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Hardware Development/Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Engineering Lead or similar role at fast-growing startup or tech company
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skill
• Analytical skills for evaluating information carefully and solving complex problems
• Communication skills for overseeing staff and working with other team
• Detail-oriented with the ability to catch minor errors which can result in major problems
• In-depth knowledge of CAD software, including SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc
• Working knowledge of FEA and CFD analysis software
