• Assessing, analyzing and interpreting farmers financial information including to cultivation ratio, financial ratio, counterparts and external factor analysis
• Review farmers funding application which submitted from Sales Division to assist enhancing the quality of financing applications
• Perform KYC for farmers based on application and document submitted Update SLA Tracker as the basis for the next approval process (CF)
• Maintaining data shortages daily Carry out a credit scoring process for Kabayan farmer’s submissions
• Carry out the application process to the Funder Onboard process for Farmers Approved from Funders
• Call Verification for Farmers Approved (Call Memo for set the final limit and Call First Payment Default)
• Visiting Farmers if necessary
• Coordinate with Risk Division on developing credit scoring systems
  

  What you will need to be succeed :
  

• Minimum has experience in fintech/banking/lending industry for 3 years
• Have personal values and interest for building social impact for Farmers
• Very good understanding of MSME/Micro credit risk and credit process
• Able to thrive in a dynamic environment
• Able to give recommendation and/or decision maker regarding credit proposal Willing to travel cross Indonesia
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong can-do attitude
