Your daily routine will be :

• Develop and analyze product strategy and plan to meet the vision and business needs
• Craft and live the vision of the product along with all the stakeholders
• Managing product backlog and funnel in house team to runs smoothly
• As our Senior PM you'll deliver solution and reach the outcome metrics
• Communicate, listen, and become a problem solver to build an empowered product team
• Collaborate with engineer lead in the assigned business unit
• Discover product opportunity and prototype to find the most viable solution
• Manage prioritization on developing solution for the team
• Increase productivity and effectivity of team function or workflow
• Understanding the business and technical aspect regarding the product

You'll excel it, if you :

• At least 3 years of experience in product management
• Experience in mentoring product manager team will be preferred
• Have a passion and vision for the product you handle
• Strong knowledge of business and startup concept and theories
• Experience in empathizing with users and run design thinking principles
• Know a lot of product management buzzwords and not hesitate to do experiment with them
• Analytical mindset and have a good grasp on leveraging metric and data to reach the product vision
• Pose unwavering confidence and charm to evangelise the product and share the ownership of the product vision
