• Work with other team and fuction in expansion New Point (hiring, training, etc)
• Work with New Point team to acquire AMK to provide supply for local farmers
• Work with New Point team to acquire local farmers for Kabayan and Tarik Ikan activation
• Work with New Point team to activate Feed (IF& EF) and Tarik Ikan transaction
• Collecting data related to potency validation and other required New Point data
• Ensuring New Point team compete required skill and competency to optimize New Point potency
• Reporting New Point progress to Expansion Lead and Expansion Manager
• Provide New Point report with Expansion Lead for every New Point release
• Liaise with Analyst team: conduct to data input and data support

What you will need to be succeed:

• Minimum bachelor degree with ± 1 years experience in the related field
• Good knowledge and implementation of Business Planning and Expansion, Territory Management and Mapping, Channel Management, and Spoken by Data
• Good Communication and Collaboration
• Customer & Target oriented
• Able to work under pressure and in high pace environment
• Willing to do business trip to all area
